1. Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Return requests made after this 30-day period will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging with all original tags attached.

Exceptions: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Send an email to our customer service team at help@labume.com. Please include your Order Number and the Reason for Return in your email.

Step 2: Once your return request is authorized, we will reply with detailed return instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).

Defective or Incorrect Items (Our Fault): If the product is defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong item, LABUME will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label via email.

Customer Remorse (Your Responsibility): If you are returning the item due to personal preference, ordering the wrong size, or simply changing your mind, you are responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs. You will need to purchase a return shipping label from your local carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).
5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment (PayPal or Credit/Debit Card) within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
