Thank you for choosing Labume. We are dedicated to delivering our premium products to you safely and efficiently. Below you will find our detailed shipping policy, including processing times, shipping rates, and delivery estimates.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Please note that during high-volume periods or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
United States (Domestic)
- Orders over $59.99: FREE Standard Shipping.
- Orders under $59.99: Flat rate of $9.90.
- Estimated Transit Time: 3-7 business days via USPS or UPS Ground.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select EU countries.
- Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination, or a standard flat rate of $19.99.
- Estimated Transit Time (Canada): 7-14 business days.
- Estimated Transit Time (Other International): 10-20 business days.
*Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs processing, which are beyond our control.
3. Physical Address Requirement (No P.O. Boxes)
Due to safety regulations regarding the transport of pressurized gas (N2O), we ship via Ground services. Therefore, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical street address at checkout to ensure successful delivery.
4. International Duties and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Labume is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Due to international logistics restrictions and trade sanctions, we strictly DO NOT ship to the following countries/regions:
- North Korea
- Iran
- Syria
- Sudan
- Crimea Region
We reserve the right to cancel any order that contains a shipping address within a restricted region.
6. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
7. Damages and Lost Packages
Labume is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we are here to help.
- If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at help@Labume.com so we can assist you in locating the package or filing a claim with the carrier.
