Our Return & Refund Policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all seals and safety labels intact. Due to the nature of our products (compressed gas), we cannot accept returns of opened or punctured cylinders for safety reasons.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Final Sale items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Clearance or “Final Sale” items cannot be returned.
- Gift Cards.
2. Return Process
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.
- Request a Return: Email our customer service team at help@Labume.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return. If the item is damaged, please attach photos.
- Authorization: If your return is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization and instructions on how to send your package.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

3. Shipping Costs
- Defective or Wrong Item: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Labume will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
- Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, personal preference, or ordering the wrong size, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Note: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our Atlanta facility:
- We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the goods.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
